How long will it take to receive my custom piece?

All products are made-to-order (unless otherwise stated in the listing). They may take 1-2 weeks to produce and will be shipped as soon as items are complete.

Do you offer different shipping options?

Local orders will be shipped via J&T. International orders will be shipped via myKartero.

Do you have a return and exchange policy?

All products are made-to-order and final designs will be sent prior to shipping. All sales are considered final.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each order will have 1 silk pouch for safekeeping. THERE IS A SEPARATE LISTING FOR GIFT BOX AND CARD. Please include this in the check-out if you prefer item to be gift wrapped.

What is your delivery timeframe?

Local orders: 2-3 working days for Luzon and 5-7 working days for Visayas/Mindanao region

International Orders: 10-20 working days
